Dufaylite Ultra Board is made using Dufaylite's established honeycomb structure.It is made from 100% recycled paper and cardboard and can be recycled again via traditional methods.Ultra Board is constructed with a lightweight recycled paper honeycomb between a paper facing and 100% recycled board.It is ultra lightweight and so transport costs are reduced (rigid PVC is 6.8 times heavier than 10mm Dufaylite).It is even possible for users to be paid for recycling the waste.
Ultra Board R is made from 100% recycled paper and is ideal for applying various facings and finishing using a dry adhesive.Ultra Board GR is a double sided print substrate designed specifically for direct to media printing. The honeycomb core is made from 100% recycled newsprint.Ultra Board MR has a polyethene facing to provide moisture resistance. It is ideal for use with water based adhesives.Ultra Board CR is a coloured board which can be matched to a pantone colour.Ultra Board FR is a BS4776 Part 7 Class 1 surface spread of flame fire rated facing. Ideal when fire safety is the main consideration.
