Our Process
We have a simple process for production and for communication between our customers and ourselves. We understand that some things can be made complicated by the lack of communication which is why we make sure that our customers understand where their product is in our process. We do this by, at every stage, contacting the customers and telling them how the work is going. Just look at how simple our process is!

This can be either by email or over the phone and the artwork can be created in house.
Details required are simple things like size shape and purpose.
A customer makes an enquiry with the artwork or an idea for the artwork
Step 1
An initial quote is prepared after all information is gathered about the item required by the customer and sent with a request for confirmation of receiving.
Step 2
After the initial quote is accepted, the proof is sent to the customer with a request for production.
Step 3
All the details of the job are recorded in our management system so that we know exactly what is going on with the customer's order.
We pride ourselves on our ability to constantly communicate with the customer and help them get the best possible product.
After receiving the request to go ahead, the production team prepare the machines ready for delivery on the date agreed upon.
