Re-board® is a paper-based board with a unique engineered fluted core. It is an excellent and cost-effective alternative to chipboard, plasterboard and MDF.It is lightweight, strong and versatile and can be designed and produced very quickly before being flat-packed and shipped at a fraction of the cost of other materials.
It has extremely flat, smooth surfaces which can be printed, painted, screwed or covered in printed film.It can be recycled immediately after it has been used so there is no need to store it at a cost, and since it is paper-based it can be entirely recycled in the same way as paper or cardboard.
Re-board® provides thermal insulation and protection from different environmental conditions. An embedded moisture barrier protects the core and the physical properties remain unchanged in humid conditions.The unique core allows the board to be cut into any shape at all, and it can be digitally printed or finished with decorative laminates.A flame retardant version is also available.
